Tuition is determined by the Day School Board and approved by the Session of St. Stephen Presbyterian Church. Rates are evaluated annually and adjusted as needed. In the event of a change, parents will be given advance notice.

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and late after the 7th. A $10.00 late fee will be charged if payment is received after the 7th of the month, with an additional charge of $2.00 for each subsequent week tuition is late.

No deduction in tuition is made when a child is absent, on vacation, or sent home sick. School closings for inclement weather or emergency closings will not be rescheduled. A calendar of events, specifying scheduled holidays, in-service days, and breaks is provided to every family and is available on the Day School webpage.

FEES

A non-refundable registration fee of $100 per family is due at the time of registration. The Supply Fee is due on or before June 1st for returning families and guarantees a spot for your child in the Fall. The Supply Fee is non-refundable after August 1st. New families pay the Supply Fee in August, or upon enrollment in the Day School. The Supply Fee will be pro-rated for families who enroll during the school year.

How to Make Tuition Payments on the Website

Start by clicking HERE, but before you do see the instructions below.

PLEASE NOTE: There’s a drop down menu under FUND, choose Day School Tuition. In the NOTE section, please put your child’s name. You may make this a recurring payment by clicking the box “Make This Gift Recurring.” If you don’t already have an account with the church, you will need to set one up. It won’t take long!

Recurring Payments – you can indicate the frequency of your payment (monthly), the amount (see below), and on what date you’d like it to be deducted. Reminder – tuition is due by the 5th of the month! You can also set how many payments you’d like to make.

For example, there are 5 months in the spring semester, so you can schedule 5 payments to cover the remainder of the year.

Each child must be registered for each session. A one-week pre-registration time is reserved for current students, siblings, and church members. After that time, any openings will be filled from the Wait List.

If there is a need to withdraw a child from the program, parents are requested to notify the director in writing 30 days in advance or one month’s tuition will be due. To re-enter the program, the child must be re-enrolled.
